Launched in 2000, e-POWER's team has a strong track record and reputation in the GB electricity market. We've been at the forefront of energy online auctions for 20 years now, auctioning circa £500m a year of renewable electricity and associated renewable benefits.

The management team

Stuart Stephens

Stuart is our managing director, responsible for the day-to-day running of the e-POWER business liaising with both generators and suppliers. He joined the company in 2009 after twenty years' private sector commercial experience. In his spare time, Stuart can be found preparing for events such as The Great North Run and The Yorkshire Marathon. Email Stuart

Melanie Reay

Mel has spent her career in the electricity industry, joining the NFPA in 1990. Today she's our very experienced operations director, overseeing each auction to ensure it's a smooth process for both the generator and the supplier. Outside of the office she teaches fitness classes. Email Melanie

David Williams

Having spent his career in the energy industry and electricity supply market, David is our IT director, responsible for developing and implementing our online auction platform. In his spare time David enjoys running and photography - occasionally at the same time. Email David

Jason O'Neill

As finance director, Jason oversees the daily finances of the group supporting the commercial arm of the business. Jason is qualified with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. Previously he held a number of finance roles at the electricity supplier Npower. Out of the office Jason is a keen runner, swimmer and cyclist. Email Jason
